Rangika Umesh Halwatura

Prof. Dr. Rangika is the Editor for Insight – Energy Science journal, Architectural Environment & Structural Engineering Research journal, Journal of Construction Research, and Sustainable Development and Engineering Economics. Currently, he is also a reviewer for Elsevier Journal publications, Taylor and Francis publications, Hindawi publications and the Journal of Environmental Treatment Techniques (JETT). He completed his Ph.D. in Structural and Building Services Engineering in the University of Moratuwa. In 2011, he was a Chartered Engineer recognized by the Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka (IESL). Fun fact, he was also a member of the IESL at that time. He got First Class Honours in B.Sc.Engineering at University of Moratuwa in the year 2004. In From Innovation to Impact (FITI) 2019 and 2020, he was the Conference Co-chair. He completed a management training programme at University of Putra, Malaysia, on the month of October in 2011. In 2005, he was an Associated Member of the Society of Structural Engineers, Sri Lanka. 4 years later, in 2009, he become a member of the Sri Lanka Association for Advancement of Science. In 2014, he attained the title of Green Associate Professional and became a member of the Society of Consulting Engineers.
