He focused on brushing up the students’ Arduino basics so that they understand the detailed procedures for working with Arduino and can explore further on their own. The major topics covered in the workshop included “how to install Arduino on your laptop”, “how to understand, modify, and write Arduino programs”, “how to connect sensors to Arduino and read them from a program”, and “how to connect actuators (LEDs, motors etc.) and control them from a program”.
Overall, the workshop was an immense success among the 40 participants and the event concluded with a crest of appreciation given to Engr. Shahbaz Ali by Dr. Hameedullah Kazi for his time and patience in conducting such a remarkable program.
