The IEEE R10 YP Volunteer Collective is an initiative designed to bring together passionate and purpose-driven young professionals from across Region 10. This program aims to identify, train, and groom the next generation of volunteer leaders who will shape the future of IEEE. Through a comprehensive experience that includes leadership development, professional skill-building, hands-on project work, and global networking opportunities, the Collective empowers young professionals to contribute to and build impactful initiatives for the years ahead.
