IEEE Hive is an immersive, fully interactive program built around a project-based learning (PBL) innovation sprint. It is designed for final-year undergraduate students and early-career professionals from all engineering disciplines. The program focuses on developing essential professional skills—including collaboration, communication, systems thinking, and ethical decision-making—to complement technical expertise.

Event Overview

This edition aligns with the TENSYMP 2025 theme: Innovations in Technology: Shaping the Future, with a strong emphasis on inclusive, purpose-driven innovation guided by professional standards and ethical practices.

Participants will work in teams to solve a real-world design challenge, learning how to think creatively, operate outside their comfort zones, and co-create meaningful solutions. This experience encourages participants to think beyond their boundaries, explore innovation through teamwork, and present their ideas in engaging, impactful formats.
