GVP College of Engg(A), Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India has successfully organized a 1-day workshop on Firebird and SparkV robots in association with IEEE Young Professionals under the coordination of IEEE Young Professional Member Kavirayani Srikanth from Vizag bay subsection.  In this workshop, the participants learned about the Firebird and spark V robots which are indigenous developed by Hindustan Dynamics and are autonomous. 36 participants learned how to program various sensors, motors that are integrated into the system design. The workshop focused on the basic functionality of programming in terms of motion control, mounted sensor programming and the architectural details of these robots.
